Ready to solve complex employee matters? PVH is looking for a Employee Relations Partner
Tasks & responsibilities
The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for managing and resolving complex employee relations (ER) matters across the Netherlands, while supporting selected cases or projects across EMEA as needed. The role ensures consistent, fair, and compliant application of company policies and labor law, and acts as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and associates.
The ER Partner drives proactive case management, facilitates early conflict resolution, and contributes to continuous improvement of ER policies, processes, and tools that promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
Candidate profile
Skills & Competencies
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Skilled in balancing legal compliance with business and people needs.
- High level of integrity, empathy, and resilience under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
Measures of Success
- Timely and compliant resolution of ER and sickness cases.
- High quality, accurate, and complete case documentation.
- Positive feedback from HR and business stakeholders on quality of advice and partnership.
- Reduction in repeated ER issues or absenteeism patterns.
- Demonstrated contribution to process and policy improvements.
- Compliance with Dutch labor laws and internal audit requirements.

- Monthly salary between €6800,- and €8000,- gross per month
