What is Lintberg?

Lintberg connects candidates to companies and headhunters and offers you access to the best overview of jobs with a guaranteed minimum salary of € 100.000 per year.

Perhaps you're not actively looking for your next top job, but you are interested in being approached by one of the 461 headhunters connected to Lintberg. With your account at Lintberg, your profile is visible for headhunters and headhunters alone: corporate recruiters do not have access to your information, ensuring you can discreetly look out for your next top job.


Why is Lintberg different?

As opposed to many other general job boards, Lintberg exclusively lists jobs with a guaranteed salary of € 100.000 per year. Furthermore, you are assured that your profile can only viewed by registered headhunters and executive search firms, as database access is restricted for corporate recruiters. Your employer cannot see your profile and will never know you're looking to take the next step in your career.


How do headhunters use Lintberg?

Headhunters carefully build their professional network, often over many years. Still, it's sometimes very difficult to find the right candidate. Lintberg's extensive candidate database, exclusively filled with € 100k+ candidates, is a valuable addition to a headhunter's own network.

Headhunters publish their jobs on our closed platform, only accessible for you as € 100k+ professional. Furthermore, headhunters can view your profile. Since our profiles are shown in order of profile completeness, it's important for you to fill your profile with the required, relevant information.


What does Lintberg do for headhunters?

Lintberg provides headhunters with an extra channel to find and identify suitable candidates, outside of their own network. Lintberg offers a valuable database, clean of duplicate, inactive or fake accounts.

In addition, Lintberg regularly supports headhunters in finding candidates, by drafting long lists for € 100k+ jobs.


Which membership is right for me?

Lintberg has two different memberships, tailored for two types of candidates:

  • Are your happy in your current job, but still interested in a new challenged? Our Basic membership will update you weekly on new € 100k+ jobs in your field. Furthermore, with this free membership you will be visible to the 461 headhunters connected to Lintberg.
  • If you're currently actively looking for your next € 100k+ job, then we recommend our Premium membership. As Premium member, you have full access to the job details and can respond directly. You also receive daily updates on new € 100k+ positions through JobAlerts and have extra exposure in the search results.


What are the costs of a Premium membership?

The costs of a Premium membership depend on the chosen length of the payment period:

How can I become a Premium member?

If you don't have a Lintberg account yet, please register as Premium member here.

If you're already registered as Basic member, you can upgrade your account to a Premium membership.

After selecting the membership of your choice (one, three or six months) and your preferred payment method, you will be forwarded to a safe payment environment through a secure connection. After completing the payment, your Premium membership will be activated and you can apply for all € 100k+ positions.


Where/how can I cancel my Premium membership?

Your Premium membership is automatically renewed at the end of each payment period, to ensure a continuous service. Naturally, you can cancel your Premium membership at any given time in your account settings, or by sending a request to

In case of cancellation, you will retain access to your Premium membership for the full remaining duration of the active payment period. After a renewal, you can also cancel your membership and request a refund (proportionally) for the already paid Premium membership, in consideration of a one month notice period. Please contact us for your request.


I have completed my payment, but still don't have acces to the jobs. What to do?

Incidentally, our system does not process a payment right away. Normally this should resolve itself within 15 ninutes, but you could try logging out and logging in again.

How recent are the jobs listed at Lintberg?

Lintberg offers two guarantees: all jobs are up to date and have a minimum salary of € 100.000 (OTE).

Headhunters can personally update the status of their jobs at Lintberg, but we also continuously monitor the status of published jobs by staying in touch with all connected headhunters to see how the search procedure progresses.

We try our best to offer only up to date € 100k+ jobs. If you apply for a position that's already been filled or has a salary below € 100.000, we welcome you to report this and we'll give you three months of Premium membership! (see terms & conditions)


Why can't I see the job details or apply to the positions?

If you are logged in and do not have access to the job details, it's likely that you are still a Basic member. To access the job detail pages and respond to the € 100k+ positions published at Lintberg, you can upgrade your account to a Premium membership.

How can I apply for a position and what will happen to my application?

As a Premium member you have full access to all € 100k+ jobs. Below each job, you will see either an application form or a link to the external website of the client or representing headhunter.

Applications sent through the application form are instantly forwarded to the headhunter/recruiter, if you see a link you will be redirected to the external website of the client.


I see an error message when I try to log in

Please try to enter your password again, perhaps you've made a typo. If the problem persists, please contact us.


I've forgotten my password

Lintberg has a Password reset, which you can use to request a new password.

Enter your e-mail address to receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. When you click on the link in the e-mail to confirm your request, you will shortly receive a second e-mail with an automatically generated password. You can use this password to log in.

We strongly advise you to change your password in your Account settings after logging in, due to the limited security of e-mail messages.


What is the Lintberg JobAlert?

The Lintberg JobAlert keeps you updated on new € 100k+ jobs in your field. Premium members receive daily updates, whereas Basic members receive a weekly overview of new jobs.


How can I change my Lintberg JobAlert settings?

The settings for your JobAlert can be changed here. You can edit your preferences in job field, salary and region.


Who has access to the information in my profile?

Lintberg fully understands that discretion is demanded in the top segment. The personal information you add to your profile is only visible to registered headhunters, which are only given access to our database after a personal check.

You can also choose to make your profile invisible, to stay in control of who has access to your profile.


Can my employer see my profile?

No. Only headhunters have direct access to our database.

How does Lintberg use cookies?

As of 1 June, 2012, the Telecomwet requires every website to explain which cookies are used and why. As a consequence, every visitor has the choice to not accept cookies.
