(Senior) Project Manager

The organisation

Headquartered in Singapore, AT Capital Group was founded by Mr Arvind Tiku to consolidate and manage his family’s investments and holdings. The Group comprises AT Holdings, the asset owning company, and AT Capital, the in-house asset management entity. AT Capital Group manages proprietary funds only.

We invest extensively in markets that we understand, namely India, China, Singapore, the CIS countries, and selectively in Europe. We are open to both control and minority investments, where we see opportunities to generate and enhance value. AT Capital is well financed. 

Our single shareholding, flat structure and lean investment team provide us with the ability to evaluate and close transactions swiftly and effectively. To maintain a balanced portfolio, we target both short-term open market instruments (debt, equity, metals and other liquid assets) and strategic mid-to-long-term investments in sectors of demonstrated expertise (infrastructure, real estate, hospitability and renewable energy). We are relatively sector agnostic but typically look for investing in high growth sectors.

The position

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can formulate Action plans and Performance improvement plans and conduct team meetings with the development team in India and update the investment group in Singapore on the progress made regarding the renovation of the Bijlmerbajes.

You will be identifying bottlenecks, slippage and raise the same to the concerned stakeholders and prepare recovery plans. You will also be responsible for: 

• Forecasting and mitigating risk. 
• Monitoring the project's deliverable's, milestones, periodic reports and schedule, to ensure a proper coordination among partners and timely deliveries. 
• Monitoring Project Budget, Cash flows and Financial Reporting. 
• Optimization in design and cost through value engineering throughout the life cycle of the project. 
• Participating in contractor prequalification and selection process, tendering, tender review, contract documentation and deal with RFPs and RFQs. 

Candidate profile

To be successful in this role you will need to have 12-15 years relevant experience in Project management with working knowledge of Contracts and costing of Student housing/rental housing/ purchase housing, institution, hotel and retail or similar industry with high quality standards in The Netherlands and a proven track record in leading projects or engagements, as a Project Manager of student housing/rental housing/ purchase housing, institution, hospital, hotel and retail etc. 

You have experience in End-to-End project management, handling multiple assignments simultaneously including project planning, project schedule, project implementation, project control, status reporting, resource management and final delivery of projects to meet expectations within time, quality and budget.

You should be a core professional in monitoring the projects with high degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast paced, flexible, team based environment and have thorough knowledge of administrating project management, QA/QC, EHS, costing, contracts, value engineering etc. You will need to have good knowledge of all local regulatory requirements throughout project life cycle.

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong written & oral communication skills in English & Dutch and preferably a degree in Civil Engineering.
