Senior Manager - Technical Product Owner

The organisation

Our client is a world-leading healthcare manufacturer dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery through technology across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer healthcare. This global organisation is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Senior Manager, Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Treasury. This fully remote, high-level strategic role is open to candidates residing in Italy, France, Portugal, Czechia, or Poland.

The position

As the Senior Manager, Technical Product Owner for Treasury, you will lead the delivery for the Treasury squad, managing finance applications on various platforms. Your responsibilities include setting the vision and priorities for Treasury projects and enhancements, collaborating with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. You will develop and execute technology strategies for Treasury, lead complex global projects and systems, and provide subject matter expertise in finance and Treasury domains. Additionally, you will oversee multiple initiatives while driving global strategy development.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Lead the delivery for the Treasury squad, managing finance applications on various platforms.
• Set the vision and priorities for Treasury projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Develop and execute technology strategies for Treasury.
• Lead complex global projects and systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise in finance and Treasury domains.
• Oversee multiple initiatives while driving global strategy development.

Candidate profile

• Master's degree in applied economics or IT.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, technology, and Treasury domain knowledge.
• Strong SAP technology knowledge, especially SAP S/4HANA Treasury.
• Proficiency in agile/scrum methodology.
• Experience with cloud-based application delivery.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complex global projects and systems.
• Experience with software validation in regulated environments, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
