The position

In your role as Project Manager - Medical Affairs, you will play a crucial part in driving the team's success and accomplishing the business objectives. You will provide project management support for European Regional Medical activities, ensuring smooth planning and execution of projects across the full spectrum of medical affairs. This involves liaising with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies as needed. Additionally, you will: Collaborate with in-house support teams to ensure the delivery of medical projects, compliance with legal requirements, and financial oversight for the Regional Medical Affairs team; Lead the development of a project network for Medical Affairs in the EU region, tracking key activities, coordinating the team, generating reports, and managing meeting calendars; Coordinate and manage the timing, logistics, and inputs for important regional and global meetings, while assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts in collaboration with the cross-functional team, finance, legal, and country subsidiaries.

Candidate profile

With a proven track record in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry in project management and medical affairs we are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with the following:

• At least 5 years of experience on project management within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry;
• Strong exposure to Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of agencies/advisory boards and product launch projects;
• Approved Project Management qualification (PMI/APM or equivalent);
• Proven ability to support and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously;
• Experience with working with different European countries from a PM perspective;
• Highly proficient in English language, both written and verbal.
