The position

We are looking for a committed, passionate, and high-achieving Marketing Director to own a broad set of responsibilities in Marketing Management across Europe, responsible for in-country strategy settings and implementation.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Contribute, working head-to-head with the VP Sales & Marketing, to the sales and marketing goals achievement in Europe and more globally to EBITDA budgets,
  • Best in class market intelligence (Market share, CAGR, market development trends ),
  • Develop and implement the marketing and market development plans and promotional campaigns for Europe, in conjunction with the Vice-President Sales and Marketing Europe and consistent with the global marketing strategy,
  • Develop and enhance relationships with relevant stakeholders,
  • Be or become the therapy expert (both medical and dental) for sales and customer service teams,
  • Build and develop close relationship with any local Marketing representative and provide hands on marketing support in countries without any marketing support,
  • Recruits, develops and motivates a skilled marketing team in Europe (direct and indirect management) in line with the YoY growth expectations for Europe.

Candidate profile

  • Master's degree in Marketing and/or Additional post graduate degree in sciences and/or dental medical discipline is favorable,
  • 8 years + experience as a Marketing Manager for medical device or dental company,
  • 4 years + experience performing as Marketing Manager Europe,
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing Marketing plans, promotion campaign, new products launch,
  • Demonstrated experience in complex project's management
  • Demonstrated experience in education training on products and on the therapy journey to customers and internal sales teams
  • Demonstrated people management proven experience
  • Health economics understanding and training
  • Good understanding of technical and medical terms
  • Ability to work both autonomously, and to teamwork as part of the European
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Well-developed and in the focus's problem-solver.
  • Natural learner, ability to absorb technical information and present it succinctly in an educational
  • High level of personal Self-committed to achieve objectives.

  • Adaptability and
  • Fluent in English, German or French is a plus
