The position

You will make Agrifirms' teams more successful in the markets they operate in. You will increase sales success of sales talent and help teams be better together with the customers. Their commercial success is your success! 
You are part of the Commercial Excellence (ComEx) team, which determines the framework of the commercial excellence approach within RAG: segmentation, customer service models and the acquisition process.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • You use the framework as a blueprint for the regional ComEx implementation;
  • You support the regional ComEx teams based on the train-the-trainer principle;
  • You collect and share best practices across regions; 
  • You manage a central documentation site with manuals, reference work and training material, in English;
  • You facilitate quarterly status review meetings by region and you report progress to the workstream team.

Candidate profile

  • You have at least 8 to 10 years’ experience and proven success in an international commercial role and have proven experience with change management programs and train-the-trainer processes; 
  • You are an inspiring and creative motivator and you are able to give structure to the regional teams at the same time;
  • You are willing to travel at least 30% of your time to locations in EMEA, LATAM and ASIA and are experienced and comfortable with online tools like Teams; 
  • You get energy from working with people and different teams and in different focus area's;
  • You are pragmatic and comfortable with functional leadership;
  • Knowledge of the industry is a plus;  
  • Knowledge of the implementation of CRM systems is a plus;
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
