Job Profile
Task and resposibiliites:
- Set up and implement HS&E strategy and general policies
- Monitor compliance
- Drive and develop safety culture and standards
- Support the company strategy from an HS&E perspective
- Develop and implement site policies
- Ensure arrangements for site services: maintenance, energy, waste treatment
- Ensure environmental safety licenses
- Leading team of 3-5 professionals
Job Requirements
We expect:
- Academic degree
- Relevant work experience: international position and technical complex environment
- Fluent in English
- Team player
- Accurate and decisive
- Ability to perform under pressure
- communicative and persuasive
