The position
Data-driven GTM optimization and process innovation.
Integrate sales execution and strategic optimization and automation by identifying bottlenecks, developing solutions, and proving their effectiveness through both analysis and test results.
This role is heavy towards AI, CRM knowledge, while having commercial acumen is also important.
Tasks & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Performance Analysis
Revenue Funnel Optimization:
- Analyze conversion rates at each stage of the sales/marketing funnel
- Identify bottlenecks and leakage points across the customer journey
- Create dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Conduct cohort analyses to understand customer behavior patterns
Sales Process Efficiency:
- Analyze sales velocity components (volume, conversion, ACV, cycle time)
- Identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
- Track team, projects and client success performance patterns and best practice identification
- Measure impact of process changes and tool implementations
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
- Analyze win/loss patterns and competitive positioning
- Track market response to messaging and positioning changes
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics
- Assess geographic performance variations
2. Operations, Solution Development & Testing
Process Innovation:
- Design and test new sales processes, sequences, and methodologies
- Develop automation solutions for repetitive tasks
- Create AI-powered tools for lead qualification, personalization, and follow-up
- Build predictive models for pipeline forecasting and customer success
- Operations, Tool Integration & Optimization:
- Evaluate and implement new sales/marketing technologies
- Run and optimize the automated digital outreach campaigns
- Optimize existing tool configurations and workflows
- Create integrations between systems to improve data flow
- Develop custom solutions for unique business needs
Content & Messaging:
- A/ B test email sequences, call scripts, and sales materials
- Optimize landing pages and conversion elements
- Develop personalization strategies for different segments
- Create sales enablement materials and training content
