The organisation

The position
- You will be the key player in various finance transformation projects
- Hands-on management role
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS
- Main contactperson for external auditors
- Manage complex accounting issues for internal and external regulatory reporting
- Implement and improve accounting policies including control framework
- Select and implement new ERP system
- Lead in setting up new Shared Service Center
Candidate profile
- Qualified accountant - RA, CPA or ACCA
- Experience within a transformation environnment
- Minimum 15 years of experience within a complex and international environment
- Experience in a Big 4 company
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
