The global HR team supports both the strategic and operational aspects of a rapidly evolving international business.

The position

The Group HR Operations Manager will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives within the global HR team, including implementing and optimizing a new HRIS and overseeing compensation processes for senior management. In this capacity, you will regularly collaborate with Board members and top executives, providing strategic insights on compensation, analytics, and people decisions at the highest organizational level.   1. Lead the HRIS Transformation
    Architect a New System: Own the global rollout of a cutting-edge HR platform, shaping every stage from requirements gathering to user adoption.

  4. Inspire Change & Foster Engagement
    Champion Transformation: Rally stakeholders—across HR, IT, and Finance—behind new systems and processes, driving a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

    Guide communication strategies, training programs, and support networks that ensure adoption feels intuitive and seamless.
  6. Orchestrate Global Integration
    Simplify & Standardize: Streamline HR policies and workflows, pinpointing efficiencies that support the company’s rapidly evolving footprint.
  7. Bring together Cultures & Practices
    Oversee integrations post-acquisition, aligning newly joined teams and systems to a unified standard—while honoring local dynamics.

Candidate profile

  • Education: Master’s degree (preferred) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 15 years in HR, with a focus on HR systems and compensation.
  • HRIS & Digital Expertise: Demonstrated success in implementing and managing enterprise-level HRIS across multiple geographies.
  • Compensation & Benefits Knowledge: Experience with executive compensation structures, bonus plans, and long-term incentives is essential.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable using HR data to support leadership decisions.
  • Change Management Skills: Strong track record of driving organizational change and enhancing employee adoption of new systems.
  • Leadership & Communication: Able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, board members, and global HR teams.
