The position

Our client is seeking a General Manager to boost the company’s revenue in Europe and to build a 2.0 organisation.

Candidate profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in engineering or business administration.
• Senior manager who manages, coaches and leads by example.
• Experience in a trading and/or distribution company in the chemicals industry.
• A strong network within the chemicals industry.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Sufficient cultural awareness to deal with a team from different regions and with different backgrounds.
• Commercially strong, result-driven, entrepreneur, energetic.
