The position

Due to ongoing growth, we are now looking for an EMEA Marketing Director to be based in Munich, Paris or Reading (UK). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, communicating, monitoring and continually improving cross-channel integrated marketing strategies for their products and technologies. You will interact daily with our in-house creative departments, as well as multiple product and vertical marketing teams from around the globe, both within our client and our business partners. Reporting to the VP EMEAI Sales, the ideal candidate will be a highly autonomous and driven, a digital native with great customer intimacy skills and the fortitude to drive real organisation change.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational leadership for their EMEA Marketing community, with a strong focus on organizational improvement and change.
  • Provide strategic direction for all EMEA Marketing activities, overseeing the creation and execution of EMEA Marketing campaigns for their products and technologies.
  • Work closely with global Marketing teams to create appropriate, timely deliverables for various audiences.
  • Drive regular communications to track and improve performance and achievement, working cross-functionally at all levels of the organisation.

Candidate profile

  • A good degree from a leading university in a relevant discipline.
  • A full spectrum of marketing experience in a technology-driven environment, with an exceptional understanding of digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and inspire a multinational team.
  • Substantial experience driving marketing projects across multi-functional teams within a global organisation
  • Superior knowledge of marketing campaign best practices, with a natural inclination to think strategically and improve effectiveness.
  • Good organisation skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritisation skills.
  • Proactive and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English. Additional European language skills would be highly advantageous.
