Our client is actively searching for a Business Unit Leader to join their global management team. Our client is the world’s largest provider of scientific staff to small businesses and Fortune 500 companies alike.

Critical to our clients is the development of its business in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)
region. The EMEA region consists of our client Operations in 20 countries across Western & Central/Eastern Europe, UK/ Ireland and the Nordics with more than 400 branches and c. 2,000 permanent employees.
 
The role:
The EMEA Client Relationship Lead we seek is someone who is driven, innovative, results-oriented,
and possesses a strategic thought process with a demonstrable record of delivering results. The
EMEA Client Relationship Lead is directly responsible for delivering consultative solutions for some
of the largest and most strategic accounts of our client. This person will provide management of a team of client relationship managers who are responsible for customers with varied business across multiple countries. The person will be responsible for strategic planning and ongoing evolution of the
program.
The EMEA Client Relationship Lead will report to a Vice-President of Global Client Relationships.
The Client Relationship Team reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
 
Responsibilities/Accountabilities will include: 
·      Provide strategic account management support for clients in the EMEA region.
·      Prepare strategy in concert with business plans utilizing strategic planning to further enhance operations.
·      Effectively lead the EMEA client relationship team which includes, mentoring and coaching, setting clear performance objectives, and proactively managing performance relative to team goals.
·      Promote consistent communication and enforcement of a client relationship process throughout the EMEA region.
·      Effectively work with and develop a strong rapport with country and local managers who will be responsible for effective execution against client requirements.
·      Develop and promote all service lines where appropriate for the customer, in an effort to effectively cross-sell and expand our clients exposure and profitability.
·      Lead the development of an account business plan, collaborating with operations, that identifies client needs, and opportunities.
·      Identify new opportunities by understanding and exploring unmet customer needs which include growing existing and identifying new business lines, and extending them to new markets and countries.
·      Collect and share best practices and sales approaches to common customer needs.
·      Prepare and deliver presentations to customers.
·      Accountable to service delivery metrics and profitability.
·      Position our client as an industry and workforce thought leader to the benefit of the customer’s contingent and non-contingent workforce.
·      Foster close working relationships with large customer accounts thereby generating ideas for new service/product offerings.
·      Develop industry relationships.
·      Build relationships with key decision makers within EMEA.
·      Achieve cost-savings and value engineering targets.
·      Drive product innovation and expand programs.
·      Monitor account expenses to budget and achieve cost savings across the region.
 
The ideal candidate:
 
·      Education:
o     Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business required
·      Minimum Experience Required:
o     7 - 10 years of account management/operations experience
·      Skills Required:
o     Strong problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills and demonstrated ability to influence.
o     Staffing services industry, supply chain consulting, outsourcing, or other large scale consulting solutions a plus.
o     Demonstrated ability to grow accounts.
o     Account management in expanded/regional markets.
o     Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer satisfaction skills.
o     Excellent written and oral communication skills a must.
o     Demonstrated success in effectively building relationships with colleagues in a matrix environment (country leadership teams, support teams, etc.).
o     Although there is flexibility on the work base location, would prefer the selected candidate to reside in Neuchatel, Switzerland, our regional headquarters.However, other EMEA work
o     base locations will be considered.
