Director Talent Acquisition & Branding

The position

Your new position: is a new position! In collaboration with the Head of HR you will build Talent Acquisition & Branding from strategy formulation to operational process design and delivery of KPIs. You act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners and you design an effective and agile recruitment process, pre-select, interview and engage global talent. You develop target group specific marketing initiatives and help to introduce and standardise a best in class end-to-end recruitment process. 

Candidate profile 

You have a University degree in Social Sciences, Psychology or related qualification. You have multiple years of relevant work experience and a track record in Talent Acquisition, including active sourcing / direct search gained ideally in either Biotech / Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries. You have experience in the design of modern end-to-end recruitment processes and HR Marketing activities. Strong communication skills are required (both Dutch and English).
