The position

• Lead and develop the project staffing department.
• Create a strategy on the long-term project staffing needs.
• Align staffing needs with organisational goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.

Candidate profile

• Experience in project management related roles in complex (international) project organisations.
• Extensive leadership experience and driving changes.
• Excellent management and influencing skills.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language.
