The Commercial Strategy Manager to the CCO will drive progress on commercial challenges, playing a pivotal role in Neways' future success.
The Commercial Strategy Manager will work with and support Neways’ CCO, primarily focusing on commerce. They will work with the organization to deliver change, driving the implementation of its strategic plans and initiatives. They will report directly to CCO Michiel van der Maat, a seasoned C-level executive, and have Eindhoven as their primary work location.

The main focus of the Commercial Strategy Manager will be solving problems that do not have clear-cut answers. This will require analytics, creativity, and a structured approach, as well as the communication and leadership skills to drive change. The responsibilities will be quite varied and include developing the commercial strategy, supporting account teams on pricing, account and sector planning, crafting the approach to new business development, and developing and analyzing new client service models. Through these efforts, the Commercial Strategy Manager will move the organization forward and take Neways to the next level.
Collaboration is a vital part of the role. To maximize their impact, the Commercial Strategy Manager will work closely with colleagues from all parts of the organization. They will support the leadership of the operating companies and their teams to implement the strategy and execute initiatives, which will require periodic site visits. The Commercial Strategy Manager will also frequently interact with Finance to gather financial data as input for their analyses. As well as being a trusted advisor to the CCO, they will collaborate with the other members of Neways’ Executive Board and with Infestos.
