The position

The Cloud Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for ensuring that the Cloud Central team and the Office 365 team services are aligned with, or exceed, customer expectations. The Cloud Central team and Office 365 team are cross-functional teams which govern, deliver and operate the Cloud Services to support ITS Global’s strategy around the adoption of cloud services as a strategic enabler for business agility. As CRM, you report to the Head of Cloud Central and Head of Office 365. 

The CRM ensures that all services are clearly defined and that definitions are actively maintained throughout the service lifecycle. Together with the team, you are accountable for ensuring customer expectations are understood and directly aligned with the service portfolio. You are responsible for managing the relationships with customers in relation to cloud technologies, ensuring the organization is deeply engaged in the business planning processes of the customers. Moreover, as CRM you are responsible for communicating how cloud services can provide benefits to the business. 

As CRM, you are accountable for good working relationships with the leads of the service areas in ITS Global and in the related areas such as security, risk and legal, and global supplier management. Furthermore, the role identifies the types of resources that are required to deliver on a technology project. You are also responsible for the delivering on Business and Technical project commitments, to agreed scope/functionality, on-time and on-budget. 

The role organises and manages teams, comprised of resources from across ITS Global, members firms and external partners and key technology suppliers. You manage the IT aspect of customer group’s budget and act as escalation point for critical support issues. Last, you are responsible for solution architecture, by ensuring solutions leverage agreed standards/platforms and support long-term firm strategies.

Candidate profile

You have a degree in Computer Science or within a related field, or have equivalent work experience. You have 10+ years experience in IT with progressive levels of responsibility. You have thorough knowledge of cloud services and solutions (Microsoft Azure and Office 365) and you have experience in managing the delivery of solutions within large, multinational organizations. 

Experience working at an executive level is a must. Furthermore, you have experience in managing relationships with technology providers, including vendor and contract management. You need to have strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels. 
 
You have core advisory and leadership skills, including ITIL processes, SCRUM, DevOps, SLAs and KPIs, cost of service and risk and security. An ITIL V3 certification, Scrum/Agile Product Owner and DevOps is a pre. You can provide demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams without formal responsibility by building rapport and relationships. 

You have firm understanding of business processes, financial and project management. A project management, PMP or Prince 2 certificate is a pre. You are dedicated to quality and customer service excellence and are capable of strategic thinking and of moving strategic plans into action. Moreover, you have demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, putting required measurements and management architectures in place to achieve improvement goals. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma Process improvement methodologies is needed.
