The company provides advanced security solutions and services, helping its customers to handle complex security challenges and requirements, mitigating risk exposure and delivering a reliable secure infrastructure. SecureLink recently joined forces with Coresec (Nordics) and Nebulas (UK) and has more than 500 ‘SecureLinkers’, currently represented in the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Norway and the UK with multiple offices. SecureLink’s strategy is to further expand across Europe in the years to come, leading the consolidation on Cybersecurity and Managed Security Services. SecureLink is ready to hire their first Chief People Officer.

The position

As Chief People Officer you are responsible for all areas of HR, from talent acquisition, to performance feedback, to benefits and how these areas relate to SecureLink’s company culture. You create cooperation, creativity and engagement of all employees across all levels, functions and disciplines in different locations. You facilitate business leaders to create environments that foster these human behaviours. Being SecureLink’s Chief People Officer you will be an important member of the leadership team creating and implementing a vision on prioritizing people being the crucial asset for growth and differentiation. Furthermore, you:

  • develop HR strategies and tactics to support growth in alignment with the SecureLink’s mission, vision, and goals
  • provide counsel to the leadership team on strategic people-initiatives, program development and operational opportunities impacting employees
  • enhance and develop SecureLink’s employment brand and culture to attract top industry talent
  • continuously evaluate programs and offerings to ensure the company remains committed to being a progressive employer and a “great place” to work
  • foster commitment to diversity, team building and development at all levels
  • manage and develop the HR teams to provide a high level of credibility and service as an effective value-added service provider
  • creating multifunctional and multicultural community engagement, fun, sustainability and most of all ‘added value’ will be your main KPI’s.?

Candidate profile

You are a leader and ready to fulfill a role of Chief People Officer in a double digit growing company. Developing and building international business strategy based on Human Resource leadership is part of your track record. C-level thinking and operating is your natural working habitat. Inspiring, motivating and coaching of employees at all levels is your second nature. You are a strong personality with Guts and a Can Do mentality. You have a proven track record in making a difference, setting trends and creating value. You are self-confident and above all diplomatic. Furthermore, you:

  • developed and implemented HR tools for talent acquisition, talent development, talent management, training, risk management and compliance
  • have 10+ years working experience in the field of HR preferably in a high-growth (startup) environment, including M&A integration
  • have a Master’s degree preferred in Business, HR management
  • are willing to travel 30% of your time
  • are a fluent (native/near-native) English speaker; another European language as Swedish or Dutch is a plus.
