The organisation

Our client is an international fast-growing niche player in capital goods, headquartered in Amersfoort. The organisation is a private equity owned global leader in development, application and marketing of high-tech welding systems with a high-professional, entrepreneurial and hands-on culture.

The position

For this organisation we are searching for a highly entrepreneurial, experienced CEO who is able to triple the current revenue of the organisation in the upcoming 4 years. He/she manages the entire organization (30-40 employees) including subsidiaries in the United States, China and South-Korea.

Candidate profile

• Experienced in, and familiar with selling capital goods;
• Successful proven track record in the professionalization of organisations and facilitate growth for the organisation;
• Experience with sales in international environments, in particular Asia/ China;
• Fluent language proficiency of Dutch, German and English;
• Minimum of 5 years full P&L responsibility;
• Academic level of education;
• Affinity with the automotive industry;
• Has the ability to be traveling abroad to other continents on avarage for one week per month as well as traveling in Europe.
