The organization
Our client is an multinational that is active in more than 50 countries and employs 89 different nationalities. In over 200 sites, this company works with 25.000 colleagues. The company is divided into four business which all have different business units. Among the businesses they are active in chemicals, food, biotech, medical devices and pharma.
The position
As Sr. Project Manager, you will lead R&D projects from start to finish. Within a project management team you will be working on your own projects. After briefing, you will build your project team and will make sure that the project will run smoothly.
You will be working closely with all departments of the organisation to ensure efficiency and that the timeline will be met. You will be responsible for defining the project plans in line with the strategy and delivering the agreed results for the projects.
Candidate profile
- You have a Bachelor or Master in science, a MBA extra is a big plus
- At least eight years relevant working experience
- Minimum of five years project management experience
- You have working experience in a R&D environment
- You have excellent communication skills in English
- You have experience in working with multicultural teams
