The position

Are you a tech-savvy and solution-oriented Solution Consultant that lives and breathes IPaaS? Do you feel like it’s time to put your knowledge and skills to use at a company where you can really have an impact as one of their first Solutions Consultants on the DACH market? This international SaaS scale up has been growing rapidly in the past year and there’s not stopping it, keep reading!

Tasks & responsibilities

As one of the first DACH Solution Consultants, you’ll be joining an ambitious, international team that is going to grow a lot in the upcoming year. Business is booming, there are several projects that need attention so after your in-depth onboarding, you’ll definitely keep busy and get going fast. You’ll be the product expert for your clients.

You will be the technical voice of the customers, helping your clients get everything they aim for and more out of the solution. This means that you will be helping implement and position these products with their clients. As the Solution Consultant, you’ll have plenty of high level client interactions  either via video meetings or calls, emails and chats. You will also participate in cross-functional meetings regarding the product.

You should see yourself as a master of understanding clients’ needs, since you will be dealing with so many different stakeholders and companies. Furthermore, as the team in EMEA is still in the earlier stages, you will be involved on building/optimizing internal processes as.

Candidate profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical post-sales role (in SaaS)
  • Experience working in a start-up/scale up environment
  • You easily adapt to change and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in German
