The organisation

Founded in 2020, this high-growth SaaS company has become a key player in digitizing contract lifecycle management, offering innovative solutions tailored for fast-growing tech firms to streamline contract workflows, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Having successfully established itself in France, the company has already secured key German clients (50k ARR) and is aiming to scale to €250k ARR by the end of the year.

The position

As the first sales leader in Germany, you will be instrumental in opening the market, managing full-cycle sales, and building the local team. Your role will involve:

  • Driving outbound sales efforts to establish brand presence and win new business.
  • Managing prospects from initial contact to close, targeting mid-market tech companies.
  • Recruiting, coaching, and leading a high-performing German sales team (2 SDRs, 2 AEs).
  • Developing and implementing a localized sales playbook.

Candidate profile

(This is a Germany-based role, and a proficient/bilingual (C2) level of German is essential to be a successful applicant.)

  • You are a SaaS Account Executive managing full sales cycles (outbound to close) in the Mid-market (ARR €10k and over).
  • You have experience hiring, onboarding and mentoring a small sales team.
  • You are proficient/bilingual (C2) in German and fluent in English.
  • You are based in the Cologne/Bonn/Düsseldorf, Frankfurt or Stuttgart area (or anywhere in Germany that is 4h from Paris by train), and available to do onboarding from Paris.
