The position

For a global Brand in Foodservice with European Headquarters in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for a Marketing Director Europe.

Tasks & responsibilities

In this role as Marketing Director Europe you will provide leadership to the regional Marketing teams based on a results driven approach. You will co-create a vision and strategy for the brand according to the region’s long term opportunities and needs. You will work closely with the regional Marketing Managers, Country Managers, Franchise board and Operations to implement insights-driven marketing plans that maximize franchisee profits. You will ensure a balance between immediate and long term priorities by coaching and developing the team. You drive and co-create innovative business improvements to support brand growth and to increase profit and market share. For this dynamic role you will travel approx. 50%, mostly within Europe. You will report to the European Director. 

Candidate profile

Besides a University degree in Marketing you have 10 to 15 years of experience in Marketing with minimum 5 years in a management role. You have international experience in Food(service) and worked with franchisees before. You have demonstrated strategic thinking and a track record of driving strong business results. Your communication skills, written and oral, in English are excellent. Another European language (Dutch, French, German,..) is a distinct advantage.
