The position
As the first dedicated Partnerships hire in the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by acquiring and managing strategic partnerships with enterprise companies and ERP providers. Your mission is to expand the revenue contribution from partnerships from 5% to 30%, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to build a strong ecosystem.
Tasks & responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners, focusing on ERP system providers and enterprise businesses.
- Conduct sales-enablement training for the business development teams of partner companies.
- Manage contract negotiations and build long-term relationships with partners.
- Regularly report on partner performance, analyzing trends and optimizing strategies.
Candidate profile
Experience:
- Previous experience in account management, channel sales, or value-added reseller programs.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and proficiency in CRM software.
- Experience working with ERP systems or within the fintech industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and drive partner revenue growth.
Personality/Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Languages:
- Fluent/bilingual (C2) level of German.
- Professional proficiency in English.
