The position
This is a remote role from Germany, with a preference for Berlin-based candidates. A fluent (C2) level of German is essential to be a successful applicant.
This is a new and strategic position in the business—perfect for someone who enjoys Sales, Customer Success and being a Brand Ambassador.
- You’ll take ownership of 10–15 high-value enterprise customers in the DACH region, leading commercial conversations and working directly with senior stakeholders to drive value, growth, and long-term partnerships.
- Organize creative, value-driven customer engagement initiatives—think executive roundtables, industry podcasts, and in-person QBRs.
- Build the Account Management department together with the Chief of Staff, who will offer high trust, autonomy, and support.
Candidate profile
- Language: Fluent in German (C2) and strong command of English (C1).
- Experience: 5+ years in an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Executive, in a martech, analytics, or performance marketing ecosystem.
- Location & Travel: Ideally based in Berlin, but flexible within Germany. Willing to travel occasionally to meet enterprise clients (about once a month).
- Soft Skills: High ownership, commercially sharp, empathetic communicator with a low-ego, and energized by building from scratch.
