Enterprise Account Executive

They help airports improve efficiency through their software platform, which uses data and algorithms to optimize operations like passenger flow, staffing, and gate allocation. They also provide consulting to boost airport performance and planning.
50 FTEs, 13 nationalities and clients globally they are definitely an international company now. 38 large clients already.
Culture is entrepreneurial, proactive, commercially sharp; able to flex between informal team culture and formal commercial environments.

The position

As an Enterprise Account Executive you will be in charge of the full sales cycle covering whole EMEA.
They are looking for at least 3+ years experience selling Enterprise deals €100k+, 9-12 months cycle. Ideally within AI.
You will focus on airports a ICP.
They are using Hubspot as CRM and MEDDICC sales methodology.

It is expected that you will do own outbound yourself, while you will be supported by marketing and leads via references. Your focus will be new business, while you also keep the clients for 2 years after closing the deal. There is a Sales Engineer and CSM to support you.

Candidate profile

You should be able to operate in a scale-up environment – high autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, able to “kick in doors” without full corporate infrastructure. Your mindset is being a hunter, coachable, self-driven, adaptable to peers, has fire in your eyes. Passionate and ambitious person

Targets are 5x OTE

Fluent English is required + extra European language is great.

• Salary: Base between dkk 55,000-70,000 monthly
• OTE: dkk 110,000-140,000 monthly (uncapped)
