The position

Exiting people manager role in an ambitious treasury team, next to help further developing your team members you are responsible for liquidity and risk management (FX/IR) and leading improvement projects.

Tasks & responsibilities

As the Senior Treasury Team Lead, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure smooth operations; leading a small team, being able to step in and role up the sleeves;
• People management; help with development of team members, bringing the team to the next level;
• Subsidiary and leadership support; proactively knowing about what is happening within the organisation and around, analyzing results and help the company move forward;
• Lead treasury improvement projects.

You report to the Treasury Operations Manager, who in their turn reports to the Head of Treasury.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate for this position has an academic degree and at least five years' experience in corporate treasury (or treasury consultancy). You are an expert when it comes to risk management (FX/IR and derivatives), have project management experience and possess proven people management skills. As our client is constantly changing in a high tech market, we expect the candidate will have a flexible and curious mindset. Experience has shown that candidates with a hands-on and proactive approach to work are the successful ones in this team.

The offer

Remuneration and Process

The expected salary range for this position is €85.000 - €105.000 base, plus a 20% target bonus. For candidates who qualify and are interested, an extensive job description is available. Our client will not sponsor a work permit or a move to the Amsterdam region.
