The position

Are you the true business partner for an international scale-up? Do you get energy from setting up business control? Then this is your chance to take your career to the next level. We are looking for a Senior Business Controller in Utrecht!

Tasks & responsibilities

Advising management and investors, that’s what your position as Senior Business Controller is all about. You will challenge the Business Unit Managers on their plans and help them with strong business cases. Furthermore, you take ownership for the long-term budget and continuous improvements. Accounting will not be part of your responsibilities, since there is a separate accounting team. You will start in a team of 5 and report directly to CFO.

Shortly:

• You will establish the whole reporting dashboard
• You are responsible for setting up KPI's and budgeting
• Take care of several business cases
• Involved in the buy-and-build strategy
• Business partner for CFO, CEO and Business Unit Managers

Candidate profile

• Proven experience in a corporate setting (Big 4)
• Strong Excel skills
• Self-confident and communicative
• Fluent in Dutch

• An annual salary up to € 100.000 depending on your knowledge and skills
