The position
The purpose of the job is to plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets. The jobholder will have the overall technical responsibility for the production site of a food plant in the province of Saksen in Germany and will be managing the process engineering, the food production and quality control. Responsible for human resources management in the plant (110 FTE)
Reports to: Managing Director and International Operations Director.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable track record of leading a production site within chemical/food production.
- Qualifications
- University degree in mechanical-, chemical- or process engineering. Fluent in English and German
Personal Characteristics:
Leadership skills, strong organizational and planning abilities are essential. Excellent communication skills. Strong orientation on rationalization and production increase and process improvement
