The organisation

Our client is an innovative, dynamic and leading company in the Software/ SaaS Industry (Accounting Software). Currently, the organisation consists of 65 FTE and has strong (international) growth ambitions (double digit).

The position

  • End responsible for Sales in NL –  Direct channel (B-to-B) & Marketing
  • Managing the Dutch Operations and Sales ~25FTE
  • Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support, Consultancy and OPS Support
  • Part of Management Team
  • Organization Development
  • Interfacing with Product Development

Candidate profile

  • Academic work and thinking level
  • Excellent sales track record – SME and B-to-B
  • Well developed people management skills
  • Track record in SaaS Sales
  • Excellent consulting skills and able to develop partnerships
  • Network in accounting industry is a plus
  • Understands the dynamics in a start-up company and able to bring it to the next level
  • Fluent in Dutch
