Our clients see that advantage: Large businesses that outsource IT typically see a 20-35 percent drop in operating costs. Small and medium-sized businesses generally realize a 30-45 percent reduction in costs.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Drives efforts to expand and grow IPsoft's market share and presence through establishment and cultivation of ongoing relationships at the CXO level with existing and prospective clients
  • Targets potential leads and pursuits, plans and selects most appropriate sales strategies and approaches
  • Educates the client on the merits of IPsoft's range of knowledge and technology capabilities and expertise
  • Identify and qualify new prospective customers, and provide leadership and management of the sales process for target prospective customers from initial contact through signing of contract
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals

Candidate profile

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in a direct sales role selling complex services and/or solutions to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 companies e.g. selling managed services, IT Services Outsourcing, System Integration, BPO or ITPA
  • Experience with managed service providers and / or ITO
  • Entrepreneurial characteristics and leadership capabilities with an ability to work independentlyAbility to hit the ground running, consistently "hunt" and "pound the pavement", penetrate new accounts and uncover or create opportunities
  • Ability to understand customer needs, identify key requirements, and provide compelling customized solutions
  • Strong business development acumen with excellent presentation skills
  • A verifiable track record of consistent quota attainment or overachievement
  • Ability to shape complex solutions deals and find effective solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA degree is ideal but not required
