Our client is a high level International Boutique Executive Search firm with a business consulting led approach. This well-established business specialises in building sustainable leadership teams for their clients across the globe, providing global scale as well as deep sector knowledge. It is an exciting time to join as they continue their 10% year on year growth and build market share both within the UK and globally. This is an autonomous business with strong international support networks. Clients range from major multinationals through to privately owned enterprises. Minimum fees are £ 40,000 and the average package of placed candidates is £ 200,000.

The position

They are looking to appoint a Partner into their London office and can provide a clear career path to Managing Partner for the right candidate. This office has particular sector strength across Retail/Consumer, Life Sciences, Technology/Digital and Financial Services but they are open on the hire’s sector experience.

Candidate profile

The successful hire will be able to generate their own business and have the capacity to go on to manage the London office. This individual should have deep client relationships and experience of generating revenues of £500,000+. This is a great opportunity for a Partner to join a growing, international boutique firm.
