The position

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking for an experienced SAP Sales & Solutions Lead for Netherlands Operations.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Driving TCS SAP Services strategy for Netherlands aligned with TCS European & Global SAP Practice Strategy
  • Understand Netherland customer’s strategic objectives, challenges, and goals in order to develop account specific penetration strategies. Primarily responsible to establish both long term and tactical strategies for all aspects including sales, solutions, Go to Market and operations management across Europe
  • New Business Development with acquisition of new customer logos for TCS SAP Services
  • Drive tailored SAP offerings ranging from SAP S/4HANA Assessments, S/4HANA Transformation Programs, SAP Cloud Solutions and SAP Application Management Services for Netherlands Market
  • Manage Netherlands revenue growth and high level of customer satisfaction 
  • To build and nurture relationships across various levels in customer organizations, particularly at the C-level/executive management
  • Ensure strong delivery governance and success of key SAP programs for Netherlands aligned with Delivery Organization. Proactively defining, driving and tracking KPIs that drive value to customer 
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, provide updates to client senior management and participate in steering committees of critical engagements
  • Responsible to bring in the best value proposition of TCS assets, tools, products and best practices to proactively address client needs
  • Responsible to act as the solution architect and work with the various specialized groups across the global locations in TCS, for the large bids related to S/4HANA Transformations. Responsible to negotiate new contracts and renewals.
  • Drive alliances with partners for Joint Go to Market in Europe including SAP
  • Ensuring collaboration with other TCS Service Lines like Infrastructure Services, Business Process Services, etc. 

Candidate profile

  • Degree in Business Management
  • 12+ years SAP Solutions & Program Management experience across European customers
  • The applicant should have a strong experience in guiding customers on S/4HANA transformations and structuring S/4HANA deals
  • Proven experience of winning 20+ million Euros SAP Transformation deals 
  • Industry experience in Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Transportation, Services & Public Sector including the latest business trends and challenges within the industry 
  • Strong knowledge of the latest trends in SAP Solutions & Services
  • Technology savvy to understand trends in technology and its impact on business models for clients
  • Strong ability in selling (as a Hunter as well as a farmer) and able to build strong relationships
  • Should have proven track record of delivering aggressive growth and working in multi-cultural environments & global arrangements
  • Certification in large program management is an added advantage

The position requires weekly travel to customer locations for business discussions.
