VP Sales – EMEA

The position

As VP sales you’ll be spearheading the sales team in EMEA. You will be focusing on the banking industry and responsible for professionalizing the sales processes throughout the different regions. You will be leading a team 8 sales reps who have been hitting or overperforming their quotas consistently. You bring experience from a SaaS and/or FinTech scaleup and have a proven track record selling into banks.

You inspire your team and help them navigate the complex sales processes. The past 2 years have been very successful and with your experience and expertise the business will continue to thrive.

Candidate profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Director within a SaaS or FinTech busines
• You have helped scale a company from €20M to €50M+ in ARR
• Experience managing a diverse EMEA sales team
• Strong track record selling into (large) banks in EMEA
• Analytical, process driven, and handson mentality
• Experience in RFPs
• Fluent in English and another European language
