As an Investor Relations Manager at BE Semiconductor Industries N.V., your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's relationship with its investors, shareholders, and financial analysts. You will be entrusted with communicating complex financial concepts to diverse audiences while maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial communications. Your responsibilities will extend from handling investor inquiries to preparing detailed financial reports. You will also play a crucial role in executing investor relations strategies and maintaining the company's investor relations website. Tasks & responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and coordinate responses with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and press releases for quarterly earnings, annual reports, and other key events.
• Execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy developed with key management on an ongoing basis.
• Assist with the preparation of proxy statements, annual meeting materials, and other shareholder communications.
• Maintain the company's investor relations website ensuring it contains accurate and up-to-date information.
• Lead the financial reporting calendar.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings to communicate the company's story and investment thesis.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate for the Investor Relations Manager position at BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. brings a wealth of experience in investor relations or related fields. You possess a strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and capital markets. • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Communications or related field.
• Relevant experience in investor relations, finance, investment banking or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and capital markets.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills (NL/E), with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial communications.
