The position

Understand customer needs, reporting, quality reviews during transition. You should bring innovative ideas of pacifying clients during transition, as it will definitely include things that are not going as per schedule.

Candidate profile

• Minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure services (Datacenter and End User Computing)
• Extensive experience of Transitioning medium scale projects involving 200 - 1.000 elements involving DC move, End User Services migration to new provider
• Should have experience with End to End Managed Services engagement and transition cost principles
• Preferred if worked in an Onsite Offshore model with Indian companies. If you have not, then you should at least understand the offshore cost model
• Good understanding of Project financials and various costing models
• Experience working with multiple teams (internal & external)
• Experience managing the incumbent provider
