Supply Chain Director

European supplier of leading nutrition brands.

The Supply Chain Director reports to the General Manager of The Netherlands and functionally to the Regional Supply Chain Director. The Director is an integral part of the Executive Management Team leading the Dutch organisation to achieve the strategic objectives in Sales, Profit and Cash.

The purpose of the job is:

• To manage and develop the country supply chain to provide outstanding service to customers and consumers while optimising working capital and costs;
• To develop relationships with customers that in conjunction with Sales and Marketing delivers market category objectives. 

The requirements are: 

• University degree in business and/or logistics/Supply Chain;
• At least 3 to 5 yrs of proven experience on MT level;
• Excellent ERP system knowledge;
• Excellent leadership skills and mindset;
• People manager pur sang;
• Team building attitude with organisational integration skills;
• Experience in change/transition programs;
• Can be described as: 
  - Open, transparent, credible, team player, creative, initiator, builder, socially perceptive and strong communicator. 
  - Drive for result and decisions with an aim for fun and quality on all levels. 

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

• Fixed salary € 120.000- 140.000
