For our client we are looking for a Senior Software Sales Rep in Dubai. The person will be responsible for achieving assigned account and/or territory revenue goals by providing specialized software sales knowledge. An individual contributor sales position responsible for driving the sales engagement within the assigned territory and achieving the revenue goals that relate to their product focus. ??

Primary Roles:
 ??
Software Sales Representative collaborates with account sales teams to identify, develop, and manage sales opportunity pipeline. Crafts deal proposals ?and responds to RFP/I requests. ??

Provides expertise for Clients Software Products. In particular, provides specific software expertise and sales leadership needed to create and develop opportunities, craft competitive proposals, and lead, close, and win deals. Provides competitive positioning and client software value propositions that exceed customer objectives. ??

Is responsible for a sales plan to drive goal attainment. Leads and coordinates virtual teams. Creates product demand as well as both account and regional sales development strategies needed to deliver a competitive advantage and generate incremental revenue growth. Includes collaborating and strategies with and for clients sales partners. ??

Secondary Roles:

Performs and fulfills portions any of the following situational roles: sales account planner, solution designer, sales team lead, and customer advocate. ?

Ideal candidate will have experience with Financial Services, Telecommunications and Government accounts in the Middle East.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized Software sales knowledge and expertise, including Identity Management, Service Oriented Architectures, Java Enterprise System and Thin Client Solutions. ??
  • Able to build credibility with customers by articulating a crisp understanding of their business issues and the positive impact and correlation to Clients Software products. ?
  • Responsible for defining and driving the sales strategy within assigned territory to achieve the software revenue goals. ??
  • Drive planning and forecasting activities.??
  • Responsible for all aspects of pipeline management and forecasting (from opportunity creation and identification through?deal and sale closure). 

Education:

Bachelor Degree: Computer Science or Maths or Engineering or Business Administration. ??

Experience:

Minimum 10 years IT sales, sales management, field/product management/marketing experience.
