Senior/ Managing SAP Consultant

Job description

As a SAP consultant you will be particularly involved in the (re-)design of organizational processes and structures of our clients. You are a challenging counterpart for our clients and recommend possible SAP solutions to complex business issues.

Your role will not be limited to delivering functional expertise, but will also cover the human aspects of implementing changes to existing structures and ways of working. In your role your are able and have experience in leading process workshops.

You will be working with colleagues and client staff, where our (and your) role is always based on a realistic commitment to deliver results. You enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge with your team members, thus maximizing the results. Your attitude is critical and you always challenge existing solutions.

You have worked in similar roles for 1-8 years. You have gained deep knowledge of and experience in the design and implementation of SAP, covering the full project cycle, preferably in an international environment. You have good working knowledge of SAP related processes and are able to independently pinpoint issues and find the appropriate solutions. You have a clear view and opinion on relevant SAP developments.

We are looking for consultants with knowledge and experience in one of the following modules:
SAP BW/BO/EPM
SAP PP
SAP APO
SAP FI/CO with Product Costing and/or Profitability Analysis knowledge
SAP SD

You possess the combination of analytical, communication and presentation skills that are essential for a business consultant. You are ambitious, enthusiastic and have a strong personality. You are able to quickly inspire confidence from both clients and colleagues and you are being regarded as a reliable advisor.

Required  

• Bachelor's Degree 
• At least 3 years experience in SAP BW/BO/EPM , PP, APO, FI/CO, SD 
• At least 3 years experience in working in diverse teams and being a teamplayer 
• At least 3 years experience in showing good communications skills 
• English: Fluent 

Preferred  

• Master's Degree 
• At least 5 years experience in SAP BW/BO/EPM , PP, APO, FI/CO, SD 
• At least 5 years experience in working in diverse teams and being a teamplayer 
• At least 5 years experience in showing good communications skills 
• Dutch : Fluent
