Your Duties:

In this challenging environment you will be a member of the Corporate Legal Affairs team with a focus on all legal aspects of all M&A transactions worldwide of this bluechip company. You will provide full legal support to the M&A Group and the various business units. Furthermore you will have a secondary responsibility for general corporate and capital market transactions.

Your Qualifications:

For this position you are a fully qualified European lawyer with at least 4-6 years work experience in all areas of M&A transactions. Fluent English, oral and written, is a must, any other language skills (esp. German and French) are an advantage. With an excellent knowledge of corporate law, securities law and capital market law you could be the perfect candidate for this interesting international position!
