The organisation
For a global operation FMCG company we are looking to find a Sales Manager for the Benelux area.
The position
- Responsible to lead the sales force in the Benelux
- Developing the Benelux sales strategy
- Monitor and guide the sales team to achieve there set goals
- Train and guide the account managers
- Develop a long-term strategy
Candidate profile
- Bachelor or Master in economics/ business administration or equivalent
- At least 6 years sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years team management experience
- Sales experience in FMCG
- Proven leadership skills
- Great negotiator
- Perfect communications skills in both Dutch as English. Knowledge of the French language is a plus
