Our client is a fast growing, global niche player. The company has an excellent reputation to live up to when it comes to inventive solutions for technical systems that are made for the Agri Food Branch.  
  
De functie
 
The Global Services Manager reports to the General Manager.
The Service Department of the organisation consists of 35 people spread over field work, indoor service with administration and planning, helpdesk and spare parts.
The tasks of the Global Services Manager consists both policy and operational.

De Global Services Manager is verantwoordelijk voor:

• the development, implementation and execution of an international service strategy;
• the development of service products and launching them;
• selling spare parts to customers and agents worldwide;
• advising regional offices and agents and letting them execute the strategy concerning service and parts;
• setting up and implementing uniform processes and procedures;
• managing the service department; it concerns all relevant personnel matters among which select, appoint, manage and evaluate staff; hold appraisal conversations and keep capacity, quality and quantity of staff up to the mark  

De eisen 

• From the Global Services Manager is expected that he/she will:
• share “best practices”; set up targets and measurable objectives and report on key performance indicators (kpi’s);
• contribute in a positive way to the business results;
• implement a service management information system;
• define, develop and maintain a web-based information system in behalf of service engineers, regional offices and agents;
• define, develop and introduce a web-based spare parts order system.

De kandidaat heeft:

• at least a technical education on HBO level;
• a track record as a senior manager in an international organization in engineering- or packing industry; preferably in a service oriented job;
• proven that he/she is a people manager;
• an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language both written and oral;
• a customer- and service oriented mind and is quality driven.

De arbeidsvoorwaarden
