General Manager Strategic Improvements & Quality Assurance

The position
The company is looking for a General Manager Strategic Improvements & Quality Assurance. This manager is to continuously manage and direct the strategic/tactical improvements and Quality Assurance process & control initiatives.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and direct company wide strategy, targets and opportunities related to the Strategic Improvement and Quality Assurance
- Translate strategic the Company's vision, policies and customer specifications into Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance projects
- Engage, influence, train and monitor employees at all levels within the organization in relations to Quality Management and Process Mapping
- Give fundamental input to the Company's Leadership Team in order to support the long term organization strategy
- Develop and propose the worldwide strategy, targets and opportunities for the Supply Chain function
- Translate strategic the Company's vision, policies and customer specifications into supply chain projects, improvements and investment plans
- Engineer projects implementation
- Provide process improvements in order to improve overall business performance
- Develop appropriate quality, lean and continuous improvement training and education materials
- Ensure a clear organization, reporting and communication structure which makes optimal use of available know-how
- Ensure safe working conditions and optimize production quality systems
- Ensure progress and budget control, information and reporting
- Create an environment and organizational structure enabling staff to realize agreed results
Salary indication
Max. € 110.000
