Main Issue wanted:

Significant knowledge of strategy, understanding both of Retail Banking/Insurance and IT

Main skills/experiences needed:

  • 2-4 year work experience in Strategic IT/Operations/Banking/Insurance
  • Typical Strategic IT experience: IT strategy, IT governance/organisation, IT efficiency, programmes, banking/insurance application target architecture, systems selection/sourcing, review of large IT programmes, IT performance management
  • Typical Operations experience: Back-Office Optimisation (sourcing, standardisation, consolidation, KPI-based management), e.g. payments, cash management, securities processing, credit/mortgages processing, risk management in retail banking; claims management, policy administration; insurance distribution optimisation

Professional and educational requirements:

  • Academic Background: preferably Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Informatik, Diplomkaufmann, MBA other options possible
  • Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, financial practices and supportive technologies
