We are looking for an European Controller with a good track record in business controlling and operations in an international multicultural manufacturing environment.
Job description
- sparring partner for both Executive Board as local entities
- monitor and discuss the business plan and its results
- pro-actively support and challenge the local entities in a broad sense
- preparing strong analyses and discuss profit and efficiency improvements
- frequent European travel
Who we are looking for
- at least 10 years broad financial and operations experience in an international manaufacturing environment, with significant exposure to operations, supply chain, purchase and sales
- strong business sense and analytical skills
- excellent communications and social skills
- experienced in multi-disciplinairy management teams, also with different nationalities and cultures
What's on offer
130K fixed salary plus 40% variable
