Country Manager Leasing

Our client is a leading global captive leasing company within a major worldwide brand. The company provides the industry's broadest portfolio of offerings such as digital systems, digital presses,multifunctional devices, laser and solid ink network printers, copiers and fax machines.

For this driven and entrepeneurial organisation we currently recruit the Dutch Leasing Manager who will be primarily responsible for the strategic leadership and operational execution of the Dutch Leasing business, in accordance with strict guidelines and frameworks. In this role you directly report to the European Leasing leader and therefore be part of a growing business within a professional environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide excellent leadership to drive a high performance but also very controlled leasing business
• Design and implement a country market sales plan from the agreed strategy and objectives
• Lead, plan, manage and structure the Dutch Leasing team to achieve business objectives in all functional areas
• Manage back office activities to ensure alignment and compliance with business practices and controls
• Ensure identification of local market trends, portfolio developments and sales opportunities
• Monitor the performance of the country sales organisation to ensure the achievement of agreed targets
• Proactively develop and maintain a business relationship with various internal and external stakeholders
• Co-develop products, marketing strategies and provide sales forecasts to maximise effectiveness and opportunity conversion
• Build and maintain a customer focused culture for the Dutch market
• Identify market requirements and new financing market opportunities
• Ensure the business at all times meets local legal and regulatory requirements

Candidate profile

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Leasing sector
• Relevant trackrecord in managing professional teams (minimum of five years)
• Experience of managing and being responsible for multiple functions in a leasing organization
• Good understanding of all leasing functions (Risk, Operations, Finance, Sales)
• Working knowledge of country legal and regulatory affairs
• Possess the capacity to inspire confidence as the senior Leasing leader in the countryrequirements
• Result driven and pro-active
• Good working knowledge of English, Dutch is a pre
