The position

Tasks & responsibilities

As Business Development Manager you will be buidling, training and managing a team of BDRs. You will be the one to coach them and create the next generation of Account Executives.  You will get the responsibility to smoothen and manage sales processes. Work together with marketing and sales ops to ensure inbound leads are followed up.

Be the person to lead the team to success and take responsibility at a fast-growing SaaS company. You will be part of an international team and experience a vibrant work environment.

Candidate profile

• Experience managing entry-level salespeople and software sales.
• Outstanding organization and communication skills.
• You speak and write English fluently and have a bachelor’s degree.
