It is ready to become the global leader in their domain. Currently, the company has over 70 fte, however they want to grow their global workforce up-to 350 people in the upcoming years.

They are trusted by large global organizations and there is no stopping them. They’ve recently hired in several departments and now looking for someone to take the lead in Customer Success.

The position

As the Director Customer Success, you’ll join a successful and innovative company with big ambitions. They are basically looking for someone who can tell them a thing or two about Customer Success and collaborate on the internal and external strategy and work processes.

You will be responsible for maintaining the Key client relationships, grow these accounts and make sure they have an excellent customer experience. The cool thing about this role is that it gives you a huge opportunity to not only establish the department but also grow your own team and grow into a more Global role as they go on.

All in all, it’s your goal to bring value to your customers, to your own team and make the next big step in your own career.

Candidate profile

• 4+ years in a similar role in Customer Success
• Experienced in dealing with enterprise clients
• Proven track record in designing and executing CS strategies
• An ambitious and eager mindset to truly contribute to the growth of this company
• You know your CS game and can teach the leadership a thing or two
• You speak and write Dutch & English fluently
