For our customer we are seeking a Training Manager.

Your Duties:

  • Responsible for providing the training and documentation necessary for customers and technical training for CS employees (service engineers and service technicians.)
  • Manage a team of technical writers and trainers
  • Training and documentation for specific project
  • To define the training concept for each specific project
  • Present internally and to the customer the training concept
  • Provide a training roadmap based on detail analysis of the needs (by location, by module and by role)
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of the training
  • Report training progress (KPIs)
  • Define with technical team the end-user’s documentations to be provided
  • Manage documentation, from creation to validation to versioning and obsolescence
  • Manage the delivery of the documentation
  • Manage a team of trainers and technical writers
  • Define global training and documentation approach and templates for Customer Service, in accordance with Corporate guidance
  • Manage external suppliers (printers, translators, sub-contractors), for identification to qualification and normal operation
  • Act as QA and review training material and documentation to ensure consistent quality is delivered

Candidate profile

  • Proficient in English and french
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio experience in a comparable position
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience in Engineering
  • Be able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively interact with client organizations at multiple levels
  • Technically comfortable with the software technologies
  • Customer oriented and able to work under pressure and flexible
